"Purchased a gift basket for my son from Gifts..."
I bought a gift basket for my son from Gifts Australia, and I’m based in the UK while he’s in Adelaide. He unwrapped it on Christmas Day, and one of the jars was shattered. Such a letdown! I reached out to your customer service on December 26th with photos, and even after following up three more times, I haven’t received a single response! This is just terrible customer service!

"Christmas Gifts Ordered from the UK"
I got some Christmas gifts from the UK. The website is super user-friendly, and there's a fantastic selection of items. I bought separate gifts for my son, daughter-in-law, and baby grandson, along with a hamper. Everything showed up on time, and they were thrilled with their gifts. There was a little mix-up during the ordering process, but customer service handled it quickly. This is way better than buying gifts in the UK and mailing them. I'm really impressed with this company and will surely shop here again.

"Incredible Experience!"
What can I even say!! This company is fantastic! I'm from the UK, and my brother and his wife just welcomed a baby, so I wanted to send them a present. I found this wonderful company that offers a great selection of beautiful gifts. I could even include a note with each one, which was a big win for me. Then, just a few hours later, I got a message saying the gifts had arrived!! Can you believe it? That's wild! Outstanding service! Thanks a ton!

"Items aren't produced in Australia"
I got some custom wallets and bags to send to my family in India, under the impression that they were crafted right here in Australia. To my shock, the items arrived with a Made in India label. It feels pretty silly to shell out three times the cost and ship gifts to India from Australia that are actually made in India.

The ordering process in the UK was fantastic for my family down under. However, I shot off a question through the website and didn’t hear back until 11 days had passed. That’s not what I’d call good customer service.

"Got a wedding gift for my buddy..."
I ordered a wedding gift for my buddy from the UK. The delivery got sent back, so I placed another order on December 27th for it to arrive by January 4th. The item hasn’t been shipped yet, and I haven’t received any emails besides the order confirmation. I’ve reached out through email three times, but no one has responded; the customer service is just terrible.

"Extremely Frustrating Experience"
I bought a present for my mate down under while I'm in the UK, thinking it was a brilliant plan. It took forever, and then I received a notification that it was sitting at the Post Office waiting to be picked up! I figured the whole point was to have it delivered straight to her, right? They haven't replied to any of my inquiries for over a week, so now I gotta tell my friend to go fetch her own gift, and it's also a few days late. Just a terrible service, really disappointing.
